Magic’s Phone Call Feature is your all-in-one solution for handling calls to vendors, partners, or anyone else needed to fulfill client requests through Magic Workspace.
Access the Phone Call Feature
Visit Magic Workspace and head to the Magic Tools tab. Click the arrow next to the Phone Call feature to launch the page.
Select your Client and Request
Seatch for your client and choose the specific request you need to make the call for and verify if it’s corrrect.
Make the Call
Type in the phone number and hit the Call button
During the Call
You can access the keypad, mute/unmute yourself, take note of important details and record the call for future reference.
After the Call
Review and save your notes for easy reference later.
Follow-Up Calls
Select your recent calls, then click the Call Back Button.
