If you’d like to pause your services temporarily, email our support team. Tell us the start and end date of the pause (i.e. the days your assistants won’t be working). If you’re in contact with a client success manager, reach out to them directly.
You can also specify if you’d like to pause services for only one or more specific assistants.
If you pause services on all Magic assistants, you’ll also lose access to Magic 24/7 for the duration of the pause.
