Onboarding Call

The onboarding call is a venue to inform assistants of their duties and to provide them with the information and means to fulfill these. The call should be done on the assistant’s start date. Billing starts at the beginning of the onboarding call.

Here are some key points to discuss:

1. Daily tasks: this is for the assistants to come up with a good understanding of your recurring workflow
2. Communication: preferred communication platform within and after office hours
3. Adhoc requests
