The onboarding call is a venue to inform assistants of their duties and to provide them with the information and means to fulfill these. The call should be done on the assistant’s start date.
Billing starts at the beginning of the onboarding call. Your assigned client relations manager will be in contact with you on the start date to ensure the call goes well.
You can reschedule your call by sending an email to your assigned client relations manager. Moving your onboarding call automatically reschedules your start date to the new day of the call.
