Paid Time Off
To give your assistant paid time off, just email our support team to confirm the date of their paid leave. They will greatly appreciate it.
Unpaid Time Off
To give your assistant unpaid time off, just email our support team to confirm the date.
If your assistant lets us know about unpaid time off first, we will contact you to confirm that the time off is valid.
We’ll adjust your bill for the affected week/s accordingly.
What if my assistant takes time off without notice?
If your assistant is absent or unresponsive during their scheduled hours, please let us know ASAP by emailing our support team.
Our team will investigate what happened and pause your plan so you aren’t billed for the time they are absent.
If they continue to be absent or unresponsive, we will find you a new assistant.
