For any issue with Magic Workspace, please follow the Basic Troubleshooting Steps first:
- Reload your page
- Log out from your Workspace Account
- Close the Google Chrome Window
- Open a new Google Chrome Window
- Clear browsing data
- Click the 3 dots on the upper right corner of your window
- Click Settings then select Privacy and Security
- Click Clear Browsing Data
- Under the Basic Tab, make sure all 3 boxes are checked then click ‘Clear data’
- Reinstall the Workspace Chrome Extension
- Log in again to your Workspace Account from this link
Most Common Issues:
- Client’s team or organization is not appearing on Workspace:
- If the team or organization does not appear on your Workspace account after starting your shift with the client, please wait for up to 30 minutes.
- Workspace automatically clocks out after an hour:
- Learn more about the Automatic Clock Out feature here.
- Workspace loading issues:
- This may be due to a network issue and often resolves itself after a few minutes. Please allow a 5-minute waiting period before trying again.
- If the issue doesn’t resolve, proceed with the Basic Troubleshooting Steps.
