Your bill is based on the number of hours your assistants are scheduled to work during the billing week, multiplied by your plan’s hourly rates. 

The billing week starts every Sunday and ends on Saturday of the following week (Pacific time). 

For example, if your assistant is scheduled to work 40 hours a week, and you pay $15/hour, your bill for that week will be $600.

If your bill is incorrect, either due to an error or to your assistant not working during their scheduled hours, email our client support team ASAP.
