She helps with revenue projection, cost analysis, contract drafting, and even troubleshooting any problems that Alisa may run into online. By letting Cat handle the organizational and financial aspects of Alisa’s projects, she’s able to save herself from “headache, heartache, and hours of work.”
Checking off to-do lists
Cat also helps Alisa accomplish tasks that would have otherwise remained untouched on her to-do list. “An hour for her would take four hours for me,” Alisa says, simply because Cat is so skilled at what she does. Cat has been able to accomplish things that were essential to Alisa’s business, but were ultimately a burden for Alisa.
Cat is so familiar with Alisa’s work processes that she’s even helping onboard another team member. In the future, Alisa hopes that Cat can be the conduit between even more team members as her business grows.
