Email our support team with the changes you’d like to make to your assistant’s schedule and availability.
If you need to change the number of hours they are working per week, please specify how many hours.
We will talk to your assistant and confirm that the schedule change works for them. In most cases, schedule changes happen without issue. If your assistant is unable to work the new schedule for some reason, we’ll work to find a compromise. If all else fails, we will find you a new assistant that can work the new schedule.
Once the new schedule is confirmed, we’ll email you to confirm that we’ve changed your plan.
