As a freelancer, Magic cannot provide a Certificate of Employment (COE). Instead, you can request a Verification Letter from Deel, which serves the same function for visa applications, travel, loans, and other official purposes.
How to Request a Verification Letter from Deel
- Log into Deel
- Go to the Documents page from the sidebar
- Find the Worker Verification Letter section
- Click “Download” to get your Worker Verification Letter

If you require specific details beyond what’s included in the default verification letter, contact your Account Lead for assistance. They will coordinate with HR to address your request.
