Referrer Reward
1.1 Existing Magic clients will receive a $2,000 Magic credit after their referral hires a full-time assistant for eight consecutive weeks. You receive one reward per person you refer, even if they hire multiple assistants.
1.2 New Magic users (non-customers) will receive a $2,000 cash payout after their referral has used Magic for eight consecutive weeks, subject to the payout terms in Section 5.
Referral Reward
2.1 Referred customers will receive $2,000 in Magic credit after being with Magic for 8 consecutive weeks, provided they signed up through a referral link.
Eligibility
3.1 Existing Magic customers can participate by logging into their Magic workspace to get their custom referral link.
3.2 New users who are not Magic customers must apply to join the referral program to participate.
Requirements
For a referral to be considered successful, the following conditions must be met:
4.1 Complete sign-up for Magic’s services using the unique link provided to the referring individual.
4.2 Hire a full-time assistant through Magic.
4.3 Be a new, unique client for Magic and retain the full-time assistant for at least eight consecutive weeks. You receive one reward per person you refer, even if they hire multiple assistants.
Payout Terms
5.1 For Magic users:
- Your Commission: $2,000 gift card
- Gift card is applied to your Magic account
- No minimum payout amount
Commissions are earned after 8 weeks of the referral having a full-time assistant with Magic.
5.2 For everyone else:
- Your Commission: $2,000
- Cash payment by ACH or wire transfer.
- Minimum payout amount: $5,000
Commissions are earned after 8 weeks of the referral having a full-time assistant with Magic. Cash payouts require a completed W9 form and are subject to a manual audit for eligibility. Payouts are on the 1st of the month.
General Terms
6.1 This reward cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts.
6.2 There is no limit on the number of qualifying referrals per referring individual.
6.3 Magic reserves the right to verify program eligibility, modify program terms, or cancel the program at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
6.4 By participating, referring and referred customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
6.5 Personal information collected for this program shall be used in accordance with Magic’s Privacy Policy.
6.6 The referral program includes additional benefits for referred customers, such as access to Magic’s best assistants, a specialized onboarding process, personalized matching with an assistant, and priority support.
