1. Referrer Eligibility & Rewards
1.1 Eligibility.
Any individual with a Magic workspace may participate in the referral program. To redeem earned rewards, the Referrer must have an active, paying Magic account with at least one (1) assistant at the time of credit application.
1.2 Reward Value.
The reward is a credit equivalent to four (4) weeks of service for one (1) assistant. Magic reserves the absolute right to determine which assistant or service rate the credit applies to.
1.3 Reward Limit.
You receive one reward per unique person/entity referred, regardless of how many assistants that referred party hires. There is no cap on the total number of qualifying referrals a Referrer can make.
1.4 No Cash Value.
Referral rewards are issued as Magic credits. They are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to non-service fees.
1.5 Credit Expiration.
Referral credits are valid for exactly one (1) year from the date the Referred Customer reaches their 8-week milestone. If the Referrer is inactive when the milestone is reached, they must reactivate their service to utilize the credit before it expires.
2. Referrer Customer Requirements
A referral is considered successful only if the Referred Customer meets all the following:
2.1 Valid Attribution.
The customer must complete sign-up for Magic’s services using the unique referral link provided by the Referrer. Alternatively, the referred party may explicitly notify their Magic representative of the referral prior to the completion of onboarding. Manual notifications or emails sent after onboarding has concluded do not qualify.
2.2 New Business Entity.
The business must be entirely new to Magic, never previously registered, trialed, or contracted for services (dating back to the company’s inception).
2.3 The 8-Week Milestone.
The referred customer must complete eight (8) weeks of paid service to trigger the referral reward.
2.4 No Aggregation.
The 8-week requirement must be met by a single referred account. Weeks cannot be “stacked” or combined across multiple different referrals to reach a single reward.
3. Anti-Fraud & Self-Referral Policy
3.1 Self-Referral Prohibited.
Clients may not refer themselves, their own secondary email addresses, or different entities/subsidiaries they own, manage, or control.
3.2 Unique Identity.
Each referral must involve a unique, non-prepaid payment method (credit card) not previously recorded in Magic’s system. Referrals using a payment method already associated with the Referrer or any existing Magic account will be disqualified.
4. Payout & Billing
4.1 Automatic Application.
Upon verification of the 8-week milestone, credits will be applied as follows:
- For the Referred Customer: The credit will automatically apply to their next eligible billing cycle.
- For the Referrer: The credit will apply to their next eligible billing cycle, provided they have an active, paying service. If the Referrer is inactive, the credit will remain “Pending” until reactivation (subject to the 1-year expiration in Clause 1.5).
4.1 No Selective Billing.
Clients cannot “save” credits for a specific future month or choose which billing cycle or assistant the credit applies to. Magic’s system will automatically apply the credit to the first available eligible invoice.
4.1 No Stacking.
This reward cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, or trial credits.
5. General Terms
5.1 Verification.
Magic reserves the right to verify program eligibility and void any referral credits if “referral farming,” bad-faith participation, or “churn-and-burn” tactics are suspected.
5.2 Right to Modify.
Magic reserves the right to modify program terms, terminate any specific referral, or cancel the program at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
5.3 Privacy.
Personal information collected for this program shall be used in accordance with Magic’s Privacy Policy.
5.4 Acceptance.
By participating, referring and referred customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
