These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the eligibility for and payment of incentives to referrers participating in the Magic Assistant Referral Program (“MARP”). By participating in the MARP, referrers agree to be bound by these Terms.
Incentive Payout Structure
Referrers are eligible for two types of Incentive Payments:

| Referral Payment | $17.50 | Paid once your referral is successfully placed and begins working with their client. |
| 4-week Residual Payment | $17.50 | Paid for every 4 weeks your referral and referrer actively works with a client. |
Eligibility and Payment Rules
For clarity and consistency in payouts, please note the following conditions:
Referrer Status
To be eligible for any incentive, the referrer must also be actively working with a client at the time the Incentive Payment is due.
Monthly Payout Limit
4-week Residual Payments will automatically stop after 52 weeks of the referral being active with a client.
Pause in Payments (Vacancy)
If the referral’s or referrer’s client engagement ends and both the referrer and the referral become vacant, Incentive Payments will be paused. Incentive Payments will automatically resume once both parties are successfully placed and active with new clients.
Multiple Clients
If your referral works for more than one client simultaneously, this will still only count as one active period for your Incentive Payment. Incentive Payments will continue as long as they remain active with at least one client.
