Assistants in the talent pool are eligible to be matched with a client.
The matching process comprises three steps:
- We will reach out to you via email once a role matches your skillset. Roles are first come first serve so please respond promptly.
- Once you confirm your interest in a role, we will give you a call for final screening.
- If you pass, we will schedule an intro call for you and the client.
Here’s steps you can expect during the matching process:
- Magic to reach out to assistants who meet the client job requirements
- Conduct a screening interview with the matching team to verify your skills and readiness
- We recommend you to the client
- If they accept the recommendation, we’ll introduce you to the client to discuss the job and answer any questions you may have
- We’ll update you with the client’s approval or denial via email
