Pre-Intro Call

There is a mandatory preliminary call with a Magic representative 15 minutes before you meet with the client. To help you prepare, here’s a few things you can do before the pre-intro call:

  • Check your video and make sure that you are in a well-lit environment.
  • Test your microphone to make sure it’s working and ensure that you are in a quiet environment.
  • Check if your internet connection is stable.
  • Join the meet link ahead of time.
  • Research the client and the company.
