All offenses are reviewed by Magic EA Managers. Depending on the severity of the offense, below are examples of disciplinary measures:
Expectations Reminder
The Magic EA team will send an email to remind the assistant of what’s expected of them at work.
Coaching Plan
Account Lead to create and discuss an improvement plan for the assistant.
Removal from Rematching pool
The assistant will not be able to get future clients from Magic.
Removal from Magic
The assistant’s contract will be terminated.
