Managing your assistant
Your assistant takes direction from you, but Magic is there to back you up. We help manage your assistant for you, monitoring their progress and stepping in when issues come up so your assistant stays on track.
We track tasks and keep priorities aligned with your goals, clear blockers so work keeps moving, and fill in during transitions if you’re between assistants. For tasks with clear outcomes, Magic checks progress and verifies the work was done right. We also conduct periodic quality checks through screenshot reviews and human review of completed work. These are optional and can be turned off if you prefer to handle oversight yourself.

Coaching and development
Magic holds regular one-on-ones, creates a coaching plan, and trains assistants on the tools and workflows your business uses. They focus on skill development and consistent performance.
We hold regular 1:1s to review progress and work through challenges, and create a coaching plan tailored to your assistant’s role and growth areas. We help them learn your workflow and most used tools and applications, provide strategy sessions for complex or long-running projects, and give ongoing feedback on performance and areas to improve.
Admin and HR support
Pay, scheduling, and HR matters are handled internally. You don’t need to manage any of it.
We handle pay adjustments, schedule changes, and HR coordination, along with reviewing daily end-of-day summaries from your assistant. We also train assistants on internal tools like Workspace and AI assistants.
What happens next
Once your assistant is hired, Magic handles onboarding and sets up their first coaching plan. We check in on progress during the first week. You’ll get regular updates and summaries without having to manage your assistant directly.
