I've added the contact information for the 40 new leads we met at the trade show to our customer database.
For each one, I:
- Filled in their name, title, company, email, and phone
- Categorized them by industry and company size
- Noted which products they expressed interest in
- Tagged the hot leads for immediate follow-up
The database is now fully up-to-date. I also cross-referenced it with our email marketing platform to make sure we have them on the right lists.
