Magic set Dan up with an executive assistant, Nina, who took on crucial tasks to free up his time.
Nina manages the daily influx of about 100 emails, filtering and prioritizing them. She also assists with payroll processes, including sales commission calculations, and handles various administrative duties such as data entry, research, and calendar management.
With these routine tasks taken care of, Dan and other members of the executive staff have had more time to focus on their primary responsibilities.

Having observed her work, Dan is confident in Nina’s ability to manage tasks.
He appreciates her punctuality, reliability, and receptiveness to feedback, and entrusts her with computing and sending bi-weekly sales commissions, as well as updating expiring credit cards.
Responsive Customer Support
Magic also set Allred up with a customer support assistant, Michaela. They had previously tried routing customer requests through a call center, but found that customers waited too long to get a response.
Michaela provides after-hours phone support, answering calls, transferring when necessary, and booking jobs into the system. Her role has been crucial in providing timely responses to client inquiries, significantly reducing wait times compared to the previous call center setup.
The company sees potential for further growth with their Magic assistants and is considering bringing on more assistants to further improve their customer experience.
