The start date is the first day an assistant will be available for work (and therefore the start of your billed hours). The start date would have been decided either during your first call or afterward when we confirm the hire. When choosing your start date, note that billing is calculated starting on Fridays, ending on the following Thursday.
You (or a representative of yours) should be available on the start date for an onboarding call with your assistant.
You have the option to move the start date before the scheduled day.
