What is it?
If there are any adjustments or changes to your Assistant’s weekly hours, please inform us via [email protected] within 7 days from the end of the affected billing cycle.
This is to allow us to make the necessary adjustments to your account in a timely manner so we can ensure billing and assistant payments are done properly. For example, any changes in your assistant’s weekly hours for the billing week of 1/7/24 – 1/13/24 must be sent no later than 1/20/24.
When is it?
The adjustment period is from Sunday to Saturday after a billing period has ended.
Why?
The adjustment period is there to make sure that Assistant pay is accurate and that we don’t distribute funds for hours that weren’t worked.
