If your assistant is unable to report because of illness, loss of power/internet, or other technical difficulties, please contact the Support Team immediately. We’ll reach out to your assistant to confirm when they’ll be available again.
In the case of prolonged unavailability, you may:
- Hire a backup assistant. Your main assistant will resume work when they’re available.
- Wait until your assistant is available. Your account will be paused in the meantime.
- Request for a new assistant.
You will not be charged for an assistant’s services while they are unavailable. If your assistant’s absence is recurring, please let the Support Team know to get a replacement.
