If your assistant is unable to report because of illness, loss of power/internet, or other technical difficulties, contact your Client Relations Manager immediately. We’ll reach out to your assistant to confirm when they’ll be available again.
In the case of prolonged unavailability, you may:
- Hire a backup assistant. Your main assistant will resume work when they’re available.
- Wait until your assistant is available. Your account will be paused in the meantime.
- Request for a new assistant
You will not be charged for an assistant’s services while they are unavailable.
If your assistant’s absence is recurring, feel free to cancel their services by going to dedicated.getmagic.com/stop-assistant-work and then reaching out to your Client Relations Manager to get a replacement.
