If your assistant is unable to work because of illness, a loss of power/internet, or other technical difficulties, contact your assigned client relations manager. We will reach out to your assistant to confirm when they’ll be available again.
In the case of prolonged unavailability, you may:
- Look for a new assistant. Let us know and we’ll send you a recommendation for you to review.
- Look for a backup assistant. We’ll send you a recommendation, but once your main assistant is available, they’ll resume work with you.
- Wait until your assistant is available. Your account will be paused in the meantime.
You may also request to replace your assistant if they are frequently absent for the aforementioned reasons.
Regardless of the option you choose, you will not be charged for an assistant’s services while they are unavailable.
