Adjustment Period

What is it?

The adjustment period is when you can request adjustments to your bill. We distribute funds to your Assistant at the end of the adjustment period.

When is it?

The adjustment period is from Friday to Thursday after a billing period has ended.

Why?

The adjustment period is there to make sure that Assistant pay is accurate and that we don’t distribute funds for hours that weren’t worked.
