Orientation Call

If you are about to or have already started working with your first client, we recommend setting up an orientation call with the Assistant Support team. It is highly encouraged for you  to undergo this orientation call to ensure success in working with your client and with Magic. You may schedule a call through this link.

The call will take no more than 15 minutes and the following details will be discussed:

  • Policies and processes of Magic
  • Payment details and billing cycle
  • Verification of your Deel account
  • Understanding the Magic Assistant Portal
  • Clocking in and out in the time tracker

Assistant Feedback Call

You may schedule this call with the support team for feedback on your clients and Magic’s services.

First Week Follow Up Call

How was your first week? Our support team would love to hear all about it! Schedule this call to speak to a specialist and let them know how your first week went. Feel free to share how you are doing with your client and bring up any concerns we can help you with.
