Magic Account Issues

If you’re experiencing issues with your Magic Account, you can:

1) Clear out your browser’s cache and cookies

  • Make sure you’re accessing the correct URL: https://assistants.getmagic.com/
  • Make sure you’re logged in using the same email address you submitted to Magic during your application process
  • Retry logging in

Note that features like the Daily Time Report won’t be activated until your official start date with your client.

2) Reach out to our engineers directly via the Bug Report Form

  • Log into your Magic account and click on the “Report a Bug” button
  • Walk an engineer through the steps you took to encounter the problems to help us find and fix the problem quickly
