Over the last few months, we’ve been developing a new product line to address remote work. For years, our classic Magic product allowed users to get a virtual assistant by interacting with software/operational layer that abstracted the work that individual assistants were doing. Our new product, Magic Dedicated removes that layer. Clients now get to know who their assistants are, and assistants now get to work directly with their own clients.
Magic Dedicated exceeded our expectations. Our team has worked in overdrive the past few months to meet growing demands from clients and assistants who want to connect. But without the custom software that is available in our Classic offering, both users have pointed out the obvious – the need for “tools” and “some infrastructure.”
We heard you. Last week, we released the Client Portal for business leaders looking to get help from a remote workforce. This week, we’re excited to share early access to the Assistant Portal for assistants who have passed our rigorous application process and are now ready to connect with clients.
In this version, Dedicated assistants can:
- Learn about and view their clients’ profiles
- See payment status and complete earnings history
- Onboard to the Dedicated program with relevant articles and resources
We are determined to build practical solutions to the biggest needs of our remote workers in this portal. With this, we are making our roadmap transparent. We want to know what you want to see next:
